SPRING SUMMER FALL WINTER

SPRING! A time for new beginnings on earth. The bounty can be overwhelming. As early as February in California, we see flowering branches – quince, cherry, plum, peach, and dogwood. In March comes lilac and viburnums, and all the bulbs – tulips, daffodils, hyacinth, freesia, and muscari. Ranunculus and anemones are at the height of their glory. From late April to June, the princess of all flowers presides – the peony.
